Uproar on Mining issue in special session – MangloreanThe opposition Congress and the JDS in the special legislative assembly session being held in Belgaum today have demanded a CBI probe into the multi crore mining scam alleged to have happened under the nose of the BJP government. Mooting the proposal Deputy Opposition Leader of the Assembly T.B. Jayachandra demanded that the state should immediately hand over the probe to the CBI as there was evidences of a mega scam involving thousands of crores.
