Belgaum at 22 place in PUC results

The Karnataka PRE UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENT declared the results yesterday afternoon over the internet.
Belgaum district has a passing percentage of 42.49%. Belgaum stands at 22nd place in the state and previously it stood at 19th place, in 2007 it was at 11th place.

poor!!! a concern ..though Chikkodi tops SSLC results almost every year...this is poor taking SSLC results into consideration as the same students move ahead ...how does the results change so drastically??
