Belgaum Ready for 31st Party

Belgaum is Ready for 31st Party. All the major hotels have made special arrangements for the night long bash. Some important events for the party are Millennium Gardens, Shagun Gardens, Shankam Residency and all hotels have made some or the other arrangements.
Camp area can bee seen with OLDMAN being made ranging from 1 feet to 25 feet. All is geared up for the party and so are the Police. So don't DRINK and DRIVE if you have to drive then take some along who does not drink, or the best thing some would say, Hey why go back home at all tonight? As you wish.....
