This is Bogarves (Dharnmveer Sambhaji Chowk).
The heart of the city. Where you can see a DOG taking a quite nap in the place where the traffic police should have stood and guided the traffic. May be the Dog knows no one will disturb it here............

perhaps the dog knows that the policeman is more interested in catching people without helmet and earn a few bugs by negotiating rather than doing the boring job of controling the traffic..
