There on the Right hand side first select the number of seats, then the Cinema, here in SOUTH- Big Cinemas Kapeel, Belgaum.
Then Select the Movie from the drop down menu.
Once you know which movie then, Select the Show date. At present for Kapeel, only one day is being shown, i.e. current day bookings only.
Then Select the Show time.
Select the Class, at present all Gold, Silver and platinum are all priced same Rs.60.
Then you will be taken to a login page, you have to register to get signed in.
Sing in and you get this page.
Where you have 8 minutes to comple
te the transaction.
Where you have ticket details and payment details.
You can your seat layout if you wish so, by clicking the Take me to seat layout.
The worst part you can pay only by credit card or Easy Ticket and you have to shell out Rs.10 per seat extra as convenience charges. Online banking is not yet activated. About Easy ticket you can get more info here.
Submit pay and you get the ticket and the booking ticket id, take the print out and Enjoy Madeee!!! !

Belgaum City Corporations online Public Grievance Redressal System

The Belgaum city corporation website http://www.belgaumcity.gov.in/ has a Grievance section.
You can file an online complaint and you get a complaint number & you can check the status of the complaint online.
Mr.Gangadhar Patil, this blogs RTI editor had filed a complaint about the AD board on
the Nucleus mall in Bogarves. He is supposed to get an answer by today.Snapshot of complaint made
Only the file online complaint link is working. View Complaint Reports links does not open.
Hope the complaint made online are heard to or it will just another way to complain.

Government of India has started an online Grievance forum at http://pgportal.gov.in/The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances is the nodal agency to formulate policy guidelines for citizen-centric governance in the country. Redress of citizens' grievances, being one of the most important initiatives of the department, DAR&PG formulates public grievance redress mechanisms for effective and timely redress / settlement of citizens' grievances. This is a Government of India Portal aimed at providing the citizens with a platform for redress of their grievances. If you have any grievance against any Government organization in the country, you may lodge your grievance here, which will go to the Ministry/Department/State Government concerned for immediate redress.

There are thousands of grievances forum already existing in our country. What is more important is to provide timely redresal of the grievances piling up through these forums. Now, with online grievance cell (hope it will work for few days), there will fresh stock of online complaints, "if I have understood our 'office-ka-babu' and 'hamare neta' properly."
